Bob and his wife Julie have lived on Hilton Head Island in Indigo Run Plantation since 1998. He was transferred to the area to run the International Sales Division for Alper Dispersions in Beaufort, South Carolina. In 2005, Bob took over the Sales Division of Georgia Shoreline. In this position, he helped develop and sell second home, lake front properties in Georgia, Alabama, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
Bob joined Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties in November of 2014 concentrating on selling land for development and commercial property throughout the Lowcountry from Beaufort and Jasper counties to the Georgia border. Since 2016, Bob has worked closely with and represented the City of Hardeeville, South Carolina as their real estate agent. He recently sold a property for a new fire station. With the exciting potential of Hardeeville’s new International Port opening in 2025, huge growth is expected for the town of Hardeeville and Bob continues to be an integral factor in the commercial brokerage success for Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties. Prior to real estate, Jerry was in the golf and construction business where he acquired over 30 years of customer service, sales and management experience. He worked with companies such as Wilson Sporting Goods, Square D Company and American Golf Corporation. He and his wife Jackie have been married for 30 years and have been living on Hilton Head for 23 years. Jackie has a successful career as a mortgage lender in the Lowcountry region.
